Why Napa Family Court Website? - To Honor my Children by Helping You!

Hope for Judicial Change for the Napa Family Court system be fair (one can hope) or if not, for you to be educated and empowered enough to navigate the Local Napa Court System and IF Necessary - To File Complaints Against Every Attorney and Judge to have them Admonished or Removed From Their Profession - "Allowing a genuinely unethical Judge or Attorney to practice harms everyone, including the Justice system itself."

First & Foremost: This Site IS for Children, Women and Men - NOT Women vs Men OR Men vs Women:

  • This site is to help Children, Women and Men alike - not Women vs Men or Men vs Woman.
  • Judges, Attorneys, DCSS and other various agencies have done an Amazing Job Conditioning and Programing US to help keep their system adversarialwhereby we make this about Women vs Men or Men vs Women.
  • THINK! Look at Women websites saying how horrible Men are, THEN look at the Mens Websites saying how horrible Women are. Well Done Judges and Lawyers, you have Women and Men chasing one another around - Reality is the Family Court System is BROKEN, Adversarial and Designed to for them to Make MONEY!

Before family court I was a regular person like you with normal challenges of work, bills, taxes and the ups and downs of life. I've heard horror stories about family court but did not really pay attention to those sharing their horror stories as I could not relate and appreciate what they were going through and frankly thought the "fair" Justice system could not be that bad.,,,,,, Little Did I Know!

The next few years of nearly living in family court would forever open my eyes, change my life and humble me to listen and be more compassionate to those both male and female going through divorce in a very dysfunctional system designed by the Judges and Lawyers to be Adversarial to increase financial gain - don't believe me, look at those in the court who have little to NO money how fast their cases are completed!.

Here are a few reasons why I built this site for you!

  • Help Children, Woman, Moms, Men and Dads from Lawyers who become Judges from shaking you out! Don't think it will happen to you - go to a family court hearing and watch and listen to them shake people down.
  • Provide you tools to learn about Judges, Attorney's etc who may have biases, help or hurt you.
  • Your Choice is Simple:
    • Work it out with your Ex OR
    • Hand over the majority of your life, money, assets, children, time and personal resources to the attorneys so Judges can help their attorney friends encourage and create an adversary back and forth until they have exhausted and drained you of your finances, family and health.

Filing Complaints Against Judges and Attorneys

Allowing a genuinely unethical Judge or Attorney to practice harms everyone, including the Justice system itself. If you have proof that an Judge or Attorney violated his or her ethical obligations, consider filing a formal complaint. Be aware that in general, your proof must be conclusive. State Disciplinary Counsel are reluctant to discipline attorneys, even with clear and convincing proof against them. When sanctions are imposed, they may be of inconsequential proportions. After several complaints, though, the likelihood is much greater that more serious sanctions will be imposed. One additional suggestion is the use of affidavits; we have heard of positive results obtained by sending the complaints as sworn affidavits of the Judge's or Attorney's conduct and activities. You can also send any witness commentary as sworn affidavits along with the complaint to bolster the credibility of the complaint.

Do not file a complaint against an Judge or Attorney unless you truly believe (and can prove) he or she acted in a blatantly unethical manner. Do not file a complaint to "get back" at an Judge or Attorney. Do not file frivolous complaints regarding relatively minor misbehavior or about non-substantive issues- the court will NOT be sympathetic to these kinds of complaints. Filing a groundless or "annoyance" complaint will usually be to your detriment, as the court often deals harshly with the person who files such complaints.

Either request the proper form from the appropriate Disciplinary Office listed below, or modify this form letter to fit your particular circumstances. Use the list below the form letter to locate the correct contact for reporting ethics issues. Fill this contact in for the [name of governing body] lines. Normally after filing a complaint, you will receive a detailed form from your State's Office of Disciplinary Counsel to fill out regarding your complaint.
