Judges Get More Raises: California judges and appellate court justices will receive a pay increase of 1.4 percent retroactive to July 1, 2013 and could be in line for another bump of as much as 4.5 percent by mid-2015.

The boost, the first for the bench since 2007, was outlined in a letter sent to judges Nov. 27 from the state courts administrative director and the leader of the California Judges Association.

Superior Court judges are paid a salary of $178,789 per year. That will rise to $181,292. Appellate courts justices salaries will rise to $207,463 from $204,599.

Attorney's - Watch out for deliberate "Churning" / Gaming the Legal System to Enrich Themselves: Lawyers who may deliberately drag out (“churn,”) and or game the legal system to enrich themselves at your and or your families emotional, physical and financial expense. The legal system was designed to make divorce spouses and their children whole again, not to allow attorney's to enrich themselves by Gaming / Churning the Legal System! Did You Know? Child Support: A Signed Contract between you and your spouse for Child Support Changes is NOT VAILID unless the Judge Signs OFF. However, in ALL other cases of Contract Law, a Contract signed by two parties is Valid w/out a Judges Signature (buying a car, business deal).. Except in Divorce

Watch Out For Judges Often they think they are above the law! This is known as "Do As I Say... Not as I Do" To be clear: What the litigant did was wrong, however a Judge would not hesitate to point their finger at YOU and say, two wrongs don't make it right. Bottom Line, this Judge was completely out of line and should have been disbarred as a Judge.

Are Judges afraid that they do so much wrong in their court room that they don't want Video in their court rooms? Are Judges afraid to show the wrong doing by the law firms they worked at, had a financial interest in and or attorney friends of the wrong that may be occurring in their court room? Is money a concern? Judge + CEO + Executive Court Staff all taking increase Salaries - Cut out the workers! Napa court CEO makes $155,000.00 per year. +++ Napa Judges (2013) ~ Over $250,000 / Year -- $178,789 Salary + Perks + Pensions + Health Care +++ Did Napa Judges offer to keep pay at $149,160 to KEEP Court Reporters? NOPE! Napa Judges are making ~ $30,000+ more than a few years ago. This could pay for about 4 or 5 Court Reporters! When a Judge "cries" and states "we have to use voice recording" - I've personally heard them say this - I say to them, give back your the $30K/year you are each receiving extra to hire back court reporters and employee people. Do Napa Judges truly want to protect you from Judges or Attorney's who write up incorrect "Order after hearing court documents"? With NO Court Reporter Notes, NO Video to show possible "wrong" doing by attorney's and Judges in court, how does that inspire trust and confidence? How does that render fair and equal justice? Judges "claim" budget shortfall - However they are taking pay raises and able to spend $1 Million Dollars to go to a conference in Hawaii (see video below) NEWS FLASH 2014: Some good news, it appears several Napa Courts now have voice recording in their court. JUDICIAL MISMANGEMENT AND OR MISCONDUCT?
Why is the public Forced to pay for Court Reporters? Why are "Public" Court Rooms not Video taped? Is it the money? How much does it costs to put in Video in the Court Rooms for protection of the Public? They have security cameras, they have Red Light Camera's, they have camera's everywhere - what's the concern? Judges seem to be able to spend $1 Million Dollars to go to a conference in Hawaii and yet make statements of budget shortfall? - Justice or "Just" a Game?		Judges cut out hard working court reporters Did the Napa Judge(s) or Napa CEO say NO to their up to $30K plus pay raise or take a pay cut? - I'm sure we all the know the answer to this.
